Glass Gravel Choices
We
use a colored glass "gem" or "gems" for the gravel at
the bottom of Coffee Table Aquariums. This "Glass Gravel"
will glow or radiate from the light we have under the tank section.
We also use this on some of our other aquariums besides the Coffee
Table Aquarium. Gems sometimes break and will leave a rough edge
but usually not very sharp.
We supply a lot more gravel with our aquarium packages
than other manufacturers do. You may not need to use it all. Too
much and it may not glow as well.
We also offer gravel to those that wish to change
the color on an existing coffee table fish tank they may have bought
years ago.

All of the above color gravel's are available at no
extra charge with the exception of red and yellow.
Sometimes the shade of the gravel color is slightly
different with each batch we receive. The pink gravel has drastic
changes in shade (darkness). When you order a tank all the gravel
included will be the same shade, but if you order again the next
month it may look different.
At different times of the year we may be out of certain
colors and it may be a few months before we receive more, so please
contact us for availability. Blue Ice and Blue Cobalt are usually
in stock. Aquamarine is new and we hope to have pictures soon.
The coffee table fish tanks that are shown above have
different shape glass tops. The 8-sided (stretched octagon) glass
top is our model #255 and the oval glass top is our model #266.
